Paul Ryan In Michigan!
Romney-Ryan Campaign Today, Monday, October 8th, our next Vice President, Paul Ryan will be in Michigan!  The rally is at the Oakland University O'rena.  Doors open at: 5:00pm and the event begins at 7:00pm.  To RSVP and get YOUR ticket, visit Mitt Romney For President. Please Note: There will be NO parking available at the arena. Parking will be available at the Meadow Brook Music Festival, 3554 East Walton Boulevard, Rochester Hills and shuttle service will be provided.  First Shuttle will depart at 4:30pm an last return shuttle will depart at 9:45pm.  All attendees will go through airport-like security and should bring as few personal items as possible. NO bags, sharp objects, umbrellas, liquids, or signs will be allowed in the venue. Cameras are permitted.

  

Ballot Issues Forum
Mackinac Center On Tuesday, October 16th, the Saginaw Tea Party is hosting an informational meeting on the Michigan ballot proposals.  The meeting is at 6:30pm at the Thomas Township Safety Building, 8215 Shields Dr., Saginaw.  Mike LaFaive, from the Mackinac Center for Public Policy in Midland will be presenting the Center's research on Proposals 1-5.  This will be an interactive meeting with audience questions expected and encouraged.  The ballot proposals are issues that touch all voters and if you missed the presentation at last month's Saginaw Republican Party meeting, this is a great chance to become informed.

  

Debate Watch Party
The Saginaw County Republican Party will have a debate watch on Thursday, October 11th at 7:30pm.  Come watch Paul Ryan steamroll over Vice President Biden at our headquarters, 3071 Bay Road, Saginaw!

Super Saturday Successes
Michigan Republican Party
This just in!  Volunteers across Michigan continue to work hard to elect Romney-Ryan, Pete Hoekstra for Senate and Republicans up and down the ticket.  The crowd was good at the Saginaw Victory Center too, resulting in hundreds of phone calls and doors knocked on!

  • Saginaw made 6,000 phone calls and knocked on 1,188 doors -  highest for us to date!
  • Michigan is one of only five states with 1,000+ volunteers knocking doors
  • More than 100,00 phone calls have been made in Michigan Saturday, October 6th 
  • Two Michigan Victory Centers are in the top ten in the nation for productivity!
