Ann Doyle, one of three Republican candidates for State Representative in the 94th District, will hold a BBQ Fund Raiser on June 26th at the Memorial Park Building, 150 Park St, Freeland. The event is from 5:00-7:00pm and cost is $25 per couple or $40 per family. With long-time Saginaw Township trustee and treasurer Dr. William J. McQuillan's decision not to seek reelection, two Republican candidates have filed for the treasurer position. Steven Gerhardt, an incumbent board trustee will be running in the primary against Dick Crannell, a current Saginaw County Road Commission member.
