This is what we have been waiting for!!  Let's get to work!!

Santorum In Saginaw Tuesday

Rick SantorumRick Santorum will be making a last minute push before the primary in Michigan.  His 5-day bus tour across Michigan began last week and will continue through Tuesday, February 28th, with a stop here in Saginaw!  He will be at the Fairfield Inn, 5200 Fashion Square Blvd, on Monday, February 27th from 10:00am-11:00am.

If you miss him there, you can catch Rick in Midland, at the Bob Evans Restaurant, 7000 Eastman Av, from 12:00pm-1:00pm.  Last chances to see him before you VOTE!

Ron Paul Events In Michigan
Congressman Ron Paul
Ron Paul will have a busy day in Michigan just before the primary, too.  He will hold a Town Hall meeting on February 27th at the Little Rock Baptist Church, 9000 Woodward Av, Detroit.  The event is at 11:00am and is free and open to the public.  You can register in advance.

He will also be at Michigan State University on Monday, February 27th at 4:00pm.  That rally will be in the MSU Auditorium, 149 Auditorium, East Lansing.  You can also register in advance for this rally.

Keeping Our Eye On The Prize
Vote RepublicanOf course, no matter who wins the Michigan Republican Primary, or who is the eventual Republican nominee, the important thing will be to elect that nominee this November.  A recent Gallup Poll from February 1st indicates that Republicans have a very real chance to win.  Gallup's state-by-state presidential approval numbers show that if President Obama carried only those states where he had a net positive approval rating in 2011, he would lose the 2012 election to the Republican nominee 323 electoral votes to 215!

The Republican mission seeks to maintain a strong defense, encourage individual achievement and liberty through the free enterprise system, and strengthen families.  If you would like to help us move the area and the country towards these goals, please consider donating to the Saginaw County Republican Committee.  Every donation, no matter how large or small, will help ensure that we can find and elect people to work for those goals.  You can do so by mail to PO BOX 6653, Saginaw, MI  48608 or on the web at www.saginawcountygop.com.

Sincerely,
Helene Wiltse, Chair, Saginaw County Republican Party
