Stamas Files For Re-election to State House 98th District
Jim Stamas

State Representative James N. Stamas would like to represent you for another two years in Lansing.

The freshman Republican lawmaker said that jobs, tax reform and the elimination of the Michigan Business Tax, government waste and less bureaucratic red tape are his chief objectives in a second term.

As of last Tuesday, no other candidates had filed to oppose the Midland Township resident.  The State House 98th District covers the city of Midland and southeast Midland County, much of western Saginaw County and Tittabawassee and Kochville townships in northern Saginaw County.

Help Defeat Nancy Pelosi!
John Dennis

Member Ryan McReynolds is working hard to elect John Dennis to the U.S. Congress, to defeat Speaker Nancy Pelosi.  He's joined Team Dennis and wants to invite you to become part of his personal team.  Defeat of the Speaker of The House would send a very powerful message to the Democrats in Congress: your efforts can affect the direction of our state and country for years to come.

John Dennis is an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur, and has been a pro-liberty Republican for a quarter century.  Though his district is in San Francisco, electing John would truly change Congress.  John has signed both the Contract from America and the No Pork Pledge.  Visit his website for more info, or Join Team Dennis today!

Born Again American
Born Again America
Here's something just fun and uplifting.  Watch the video of a new song, performed by people all across the country.  From sea to shining sea, join the patriotic sing-along and then recommit yourself to the Declaration of Independence and its principles.

The organization sponsoring the video, Born Again American, is committed to the rebirth and re-expression of citizenship through informed and thoughtful activism. It is an initiative of Declare Yourself, a national non-partisan, non-profit (501(c)3) organization dedicated to increasing young voter participation and civic involvement.  Declare Yourself grew out of the 2003's Declaration of Independence Road Trip that toured an original 1776 copy of the Declaration to schools, town halls, and other locations all over the country.  Enjoy!

The Republican mission seeks to maintain a strong defense, encourage individual achievement and liberty through the free enterprise system, and strengthen families.  If you would like to help us move the area and the country towards these goals, please consider donating to the Saginaw County Republican Committee.  Every donation, no matter how large or small, will help ensure that we can find and elect people to work for those goals.  You can do so by mail to PO BOX 6653, Saginaw, MI  48608 or on the web at www.saginawcountygop.com.

Sincerely,
Tim Kelly, Chair, Saginaw County Republican Party
