Dear Mission Supporter,
PASTOR FROM COLORADO VOLUNTEERS!
This month's newsletter contains news about Holy Trinity Institute - our Orphanage in Moreira, Brazil. It highlights another awesome story of love and service, and how a few people can make a huge difference in the lives of people thousands of miles away!
Terry Beltz, (Pastor of Trinity Lutheran - Franktown, Colorado) his wife Pamela and their two daughters, Kathe and Emily spent part of their summer at the Holy Trinity Institute Orphanage. This trip was part of Pastor Beltz's Sabbatical Year.
While there, Terry focused on renovating and painting where needed at the Institute. He also helped Pamela teach the children by giving them one-on-one English lessons to about thirty children. They provided new supplies for the teachers for crafts, to make
bulletin boards, as well as lots of plain paper which is always greatly
needed. The family also crafted friendship bracelets for every senior and child of the school and home. We appreciate the Beltz family volunteering their time to the Orphanage. This is just one of the ways God can use the Brazil Mission Society to connect you personally with the people in Brazil. We have many other projects that can make a difference in the lives of God's people that you can support through missions in your own congregations.
Please feel free to contact us at Brazil Mission Society to find out more!
As always, we ask for you to keep the Brazil Mission Society in your prayers so God's work in His Kingdom can continue!
Bencaos de Deus, (Blessings of God)
Bill
