| Dear Godparent,
We thank you for being a Godparent for a child at Holy Trinity Institute! You have been such a wonderful blessing to your Godchild through your support and prayers, and we pray that God has blessed you as well!
Recently Pastor Tealmo Percheron, the Director of the orphanage, and his daughter Carina spent three weeks in Michigan and other locations in the Midwest. They met with American sponsors of many of the children who live at the Holy Trinity Institute and hoped to create an awareness of the orphanage's many needs.
"The children at the orphanage are 'pearls' who need polishing and require most of our attention, energy and resources," said Pastor Percheron. He himself was raised at the Institute, left there with his brother and sister by their widowed mother, who had no means of support. He met his wife Cecilia at the Institute and together they help create a family for today's needy children.
There are many ways to help the people at Holy Trinity Institute. Funds are needed to purchase seeds for crops, classroom supplies, uniforms, sports equipment, shoes, and medicine, just to name a few. (See the list on the right for more needs.)
