PhilaU's Men's Basketball Coach Herb Magee '63 notched his 901st career coaching win Tuesday night as the Rams defeated the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Coach Magee is one win away from tying Bobby Knight's coaching record of 902 NCAA wins, and is poised to pass Knight's record this season.
Passing Knight's record will mean Coach Magee will be the #1 men's basketball coach with all wins in the NCAA. He could reach 903 wins as early as Tuesday, Feb. 23, at home against Goldey-Beacom College.
