Parking at
Wing Ding
Downtown parking is very limited!
Please enjoy the tons of free parking, Manufacturer Demo's, the Women's Expo and outdoor activiites at Chilhowee Park and catch a free ride from Chilhowee Park to the front door of the Knoxville Convention Center courtesy of the Knoxville Tourism and Sports Corporation. The shuttle will pick up in the Zoo lot at Chilhowee Park and the Clinch Avenue side of KCC.
It will run every 10-15 minutes on the following schedule:
Wednesday
7:00 am - 8:30 pm
Thursday
6:30 am - 9:30 pm
Friday
6:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday
6:30 am - 6:30 pm
The Knoxville Police Department and a corp of local volunteers will be on duty at Chilhowee Park to monitor parking. For everyone's safety, please follow the directions of the Officers and parking marshals at all times. Thank you!

The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation® has been selected as the Charity of Choice for Thursday, July 7th's, J&M Evening Entertainment (7:30pm - 9 pm).
Hosted and sponsored by J&M Corporation, this is a great opportunity for Wing Ding delegates to enjoy a FUN and FREE evening while having the chance to help those in need. All this, plus a chance to take home some of the best motorcycle audio products available, courtesy of J&M Corporation! During a fun-filled evening of laughter with entertainer Johnny Counterfit, J&M Corporation will be giving away some great prizes to benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation® Ride for Kids®.
About the Charity:
The Ride for Kids® program supports the efforts of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation® (PBTF) to find the cause and cure for childhood brain tumors. The PBTF is a nonprofit charitable organization that seeks to:
- find the cause of and cure for childhood brain tumors by supporting medical research
- increase public awareness about the severity and prevalence of childhood brain tumors
- aid in the early detection and treatment of childhood brain tumors
- support a national database on all primary brain tumors
- provide educational and emotional support for children and families affected by this life-threatening disease
As the world's largest non-governmental source of funding for childhood brain tumor research, we're dedicated to not only eradicating this disease, but to providing support to families. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children with brain tumors.

Instead of a pre-planned Destination Ride, Dollywood and GWRRA have opted to offer you discounted tickets for a 10-day period covering the days both before and after Wing Ding so that you can enjoy this great attraction at your convenience between July 1-10!
Dollywood is more than just a theme park. Like its namesake, Dolly Parton, Dollywood delivers the best in live entertainment. Enjoy country, bluegrass, Southern gospel, classic rock and 50's music presented in live stage shows.
The group rate for Wing Ding attendees is just $45.80, including tax, which is a savings of $11.20 per ticket! 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Be sure to arrive early as the Wing Ding 33 event activities will kick off with the "Lions, Tigers, and Wings.....Oh My!" Welcome to Knoxville Party at the Knoxville Zoo!
American Honda has partnered with the Knoxville Tourism and Sports Corporation to put together the party of the year just for Wing Ding registered attendees to enjoy. Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, the Knoxville Zoo will become all things Wing Ding. Attendees will enjoy live music, animal encounters, a Wing Ding themed bird show, and much more. And, of course, the first 500 guests will receive a free event themed t-shirt!
Other highlights include:
- Free Admission for all Wing Ding 33 Registered Attendees.
- Experience Animal Encounter Village - Attendees will have a chance to sidle up to a snake, look a bird of prey in the eye, or get chummy with a chinchilla, to name a few.
- All food stands will be open and attendees will receive $5.00 in Honda Bucks to spend at various locations throughout the zoo.
- Live music and dancing at Black Bear Plaza.
- Enjoy the Wing Ding custom bird show in the Amphitheater featuring Einstein, the Knoxville Zoo's talking African Grey Parrot.

GWRRA is proud to announce the first-ever Women's Expo which will be held at Chilhowee Park during Wing Ding!
Hosted by a local Knoxville promoter, this show will strictly
feature non-motorcycle related products such as
jewelry, art, handcrafted items, home decor and more!
This show will take place in the upper level of the Jacob's Building from Wednesday, July 6th through Saturday, July 9th. This portion of the event is open to the public and free to Wing Ding attendees so be sure to check it out!

Is an indoor pool important to you? Do you especially want a continental breakfast? The information you need to make an informed decision is all in one place at your fingertips. All of the hotels are located within 15 minutes of the event venue. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. Some of the hotels have sold out already.
