The much-anticipated return of a major motorcycle event to Knoxville, Tennessee, has created a buzz throughout the industry. GWRRA is pleased to announce that American Honda Motor Company will be bringing their demo program to the 33rd annual gathering of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association.
"We are very excited about being a part of Wing Ding 33 and we have already heard from many customers who are excited to have a quality touring event back in Knoxville!" states Keith Dowdle of American Honda Motor Company.
Wing Ding 33, "Rollin' on Rocky Top", will be held in Knoxville, TN, July 6-9, 2011. Knoxville has expressed their joy in hosting Wing Ding and will do all they can to welcome GWRRA members and make this a memorable and successful event including an exclusive Welcome Party, several great tours, destination rides**, breakfast/dinner cruises ** on the river and more!
The indoor trade show will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center (KCC) with all exhibits under one roof and on one level! The Convention Center will be host to Opening and Closing Ceremonies, all seminars, food functions, Talent Show, and the Evening Entertainment event. Downtown Knoxville also features a FREE Trolley service with access to downtown hotels, attractions, and the Convention Center.
Manufacturer Demos, including American Honda, will be at Chilhowee Park along with all outdoor riding events/exhibitions, parade staging camping, and RV parking. Chilhowee Park is also the primary parking area for the entire event with complimentary shuttles to the Convention Center downtown, running every 10-15 minutes!
