Think Differently - Five Steps to Financial Success
Dr. Andria (Andi) Fletcher, Consultant, Sacramento, CA

Quality counts - and quality costs! If you've ever worried about what will happen to your program when a grant ends, or how you'll find the money you need to ensure the quality you want, or how to secure more financial resources to add students on waiting lists, you'll want to attend this pre-conference session.
You'll discover why it's so important to think differently, and how this can be the single most important factor in your success. You'll find out why writing a powerful, compelling two-page Executive Summary will be the best investment you'll ever make. You'll know how to inform and intrigue potential investors, capture their interest and get them excited about funding your program.
You'll learn why the current economic crisis may be the best time for you to get the funding you want - and how to take advantage of your program's ability to offer an unprecedented 1,000 percent return on any investment your city, county, school district, community foundation or local business makes. You'll become aware of the three most costly mistakes that 95 percent of us make, and learn how to avoid them.
