President's Message
Whoa - what happened to January? This might be the strangest "non-winter" in our lives so far but here we are now well on the way into 2012. I know I am dating myself, but in addition to still using AOL for the Manzo Family e-mail, one of my favorite ways to start the day is sipping a cup of tea and reading the
newspapers still tossed daily on my porch. It seems our world has turned into one vast tornado with some crisis or other setting down across the globe. Pick your topic: politics, climate change, social ills, housing, sports teams, corruption, and business mergers or bankruptcies to name a few.
So in this economic and political climate it's tougher than ever before to focus on our own goals for survival and success; target goals which seem to be moving faster, higher, and farther out of reach in so many businesses and industries.
What it all boils down to is the only thing we as individuals have control over is our own health and well-being. It's simple to get started -you might take a few minutes and reflect on this you tube video passed on to me by my daughter. If no time now - the answer is "walk that 30  minutes a day - it will be life changing!"
