ATTENTION: ALL Center area businesses - We need to hear from you! Downtown parking and zoning changes are being considered by Town Hall. These changes will impact every business in the center. Your Chamber Board members are diligently working with Town Officials to facilitate needed change in the current parking inventory, management, and regulations.  This includes employee as well as customer parking options. In addition, planning is underway to redesign the Winchester Center Train Station to make it ADA compliant and the widening of the Aberjona River for flood mitigation by Manchester Field which will both impact parking.  So NOW is the time to express your concerns or questions BEFORE new plans are implemented.  It is imperative that businesses have ONE strong voice to truly have impact at the negotiating table - so I urge you to contact us.  Chris Mulhern cmulhern@hmarchitects.com chairs this committee that includes me, Bill Caci, Larry Murray, Pat Fortin, and Artie Bennos.

Believe it or not Spring is not far away - and if our list of New Members this month is any indication there is new optimism in the air as well.
