President's Message - 2010
 So, we begin again. As the calendar
turns and the days begin to lengthen, we look forward to warmer, sunnier
days and to an improving economy. We complain, but we should be
counting our blessings; while we have taken some hits here in Winchester,
we have not fallen as far as many others.
Still, it's a long
way to springtime and a long road back to the thriving economy we enjoyed
a few years back. By working together to affect small changes
at the local level, we shorten that road. Shopping locally keeps our
money within our community. Spring will come.
In the meantime, join
me in enjoying the crisp, clear days and nights of our New England winter.
