We have a Divine privilege of embarking on a wonderful journey with the Lord, as He sets apart 2008 for His glory, honor, and praise.
This is a year of new beginnings - a time to return to our First Love by recognizing our need to spend more time with the Lord, in His Word and in prayer. Our greatest resolution should be an earnest desire for our lives to be set apart for the Lord and to be clothed in His holiness.
As we look at the year before us let us stop and look to the One who will guide us. May we declare the Name of Jesus Christ above all others and surrender our lives and open our hearts to seek Him as our first and greatest priority this year.
"I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the LORD. They will be
my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me
with all their heart."
(Jeremiah 24:7)
The Lord's will is that we be fully devoted to Him and the way to get there is a simple decision to spend more time with Him. It is our prayer and humble request for you to attend the pastor and prayer leader luncheon, scheduled for January 10th at the Riverside Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia, to hear the plan the Lord has purposed to recapture the heart of His Church in 2008.
We pray that this event will refresh your spirit and answer your prayer for the members of your congregation to experience a real, intimate, and lasting relationship with the Lord as we share testimony of our journey to the heart of God through the timeless treasure of His Word.
"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen" (Ephesians 3:20-21),
