Fine Art & Wine Festival
June 18 - 19, 2011
New Mexico wineries and artists from all over the southwest head to Red River each spring for this beautiful festival. Sunshine abounds as you enjoy live music, a juried art show, delicious food, and wine. Northern New Mexico Hunting & Fishing Conservation Expo
May 13 - 14, 2011
Catch a prize winning fish in the "Big Money Fishing Derby" with $3000 in guaranteed cash prizes! There will also be a $150 wild game cook-off, $150 archery shoot with a compound bow as the prize for Best Jr. Archer (15 and under), bugle calling contest, fly tying demonstrations, live animals, and more!  Red River High Mountain Half Marathon and 5K
May 20-21, 2011
Challenge yourself at this inaugural event with a race or fun run through Red River's Upper Valley. Rather walk? Not a problem! The event kicks off with late registration and a welcome reception on Friday evening, then the race begins Saturday at 9am. Red River businesses will provide support stations along the route.
