How to Build Innovation in Your Organization

Upon the passing of Steve Jobs, we need to be reminded that great things come when we allow ourselves to dream big, to demand the best, to focus on greatness and to fall in love with our work. How can we build what we really need in our organizations... innovation? The key is to reward divergent thinking, to not crush the life out of ideas, and to remember that genius needs time!
