take a stand for racial justice
April 27, 2012

The Stand Against Racism is a movement of YWCA  to eliminate racism by raising awareness through this annual event.

Organizations across the United States are invited to become Participating Sites by hosting their own "Stand." Individuals are then invited to join any of the "Stands", where hundreds of thousands of people from across the country will take a Stand Against Racism.

Imagine...

Our unity becomes palatable when we raise our collective voices to rid society of racism and sexism. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable.
