Ministry coach & former youth pastor, John Cionca will be joining us to talk about ministry transitions. John is an expert in the changes in a ministry career. He's the executive director of Ministry Transitions, Inc., professor of ministry leadership at Bethel seminary, and the author of "Before You Move: A Guide to Making Transitions in Ministry" and several other books.
