2011 Ministerial Association Retreat info now online Retreat themes to focus on personal character
 Time to sign up for the NWC 2011 Fall Ministerial Retreat! New brochures and a retreat registration form should be arriving by mail as well.
The retreat will be Oct. 10-12 at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center in Alexandria, MN, and is for all pastors, spouses and ministry staff. Larry and Barbara Magnuson from SonScape Ministries in Colorado will be our speakers and retreat facilitators.

NEED: Beds, supplies, washing machine for Tang family James Tang and his family, Covenant missionaries to Sudan, will be returning to Minnesota on July 23 for home assignment for the next year. The family has several immediate needs: - A full size mattress and box spring
- 2 twin extra long box springs/frames
- At least 3 more twin mattresses/box springs/frames
- Gift cards for Cub, Rainbow or Target to stock up on food and paper goods
- A new washing machine

It's a boy!  Congratulations to Amy DuFrene, Christian education director at Oak Heights Covenant Church in Hutchinson, MN, and her husband on the birth of Malachi Douglas on May 31. He weighed 6 lbs. 6 oz. and was 3 weeks early but is healthy and doing well. "Our 2-year-old puppy, Thiessen, has adopted the role of protector and we are all adjusting to life as a family," DuFrene said.
