- April 24, 2010 DEADLINE to notify Kathy Barclay by email of intent to enter show. Please send entry info by email to: kbarclayart@yahoo.com
- April 26-30, 2010 DELIVER work to St. Paul's (815 Grace St. Richmond) 9am to 4pm or bring by 9 am Saturday morning
- May 1, 2010 HANG Exhibit at 9 am (Please help if you can!
- *** NO WORK will be accepted for hanging AFTER 9:15 AM ! ***
- May 7, 2010 "First Friday" Opening RECEPTION 6 pm
- Refreshments, Awards, and Judge's comments
