Volunteer Opportunities at the 2009 State Conference
|
| Greetings! ,
Thank you very much to those of you who have already signed up to help at the state conference! Dedicated volunteers are what help make the conference such a successful event.
We do still need to fill in some shifts. If you are going to the conference, please take a moment to look at your session schedules and consider signing up to help for a shift (or two! or three! as many as you want!).
Again, opportunities include helping with: Pre-Registration Table, Merchandise Booth, Vendor Breaks and All Around Helpers/Floaters.
** Look for a great new volunteer opportunity below (FREE STUFF) as well as new information regarding the VAEA Conference Student Artwork Exhibit.
Sign ups are organized via "Writeboards." It is extremely EASY and QUICK to sign up - we promise. Just click on the link and enter the password. Directions are on the site - 1.) click on "Edit Page" 2.) Fill in your name and email next to your shifts 3.) Click on "Save this Version" and you are done.
