Heart of it All
Greetings!

The final touches in preparation for this weekend's City of Pickering Mayor's Gala are almost complete, and it promises to be a milestone event for the Image is Everything campaign. The Gala is set to reach its amazing pledge amount of $250,000 toward the $5 million campaign goal that has brought an MRI to Rouge Valley Ajax and Pickering hospital.  Chad Hanna

This annual black-tie affair will once again be held at the Pickering Recreation Centre, which will be transformed by this year's theme, "Reflections in Time". With Pickering celebrating its bicentennial in 2011, the gala organizers took this opportunity to incorporate Pickering's proud past into the special event.

The Image is Everything campaign is one of four fortunate local charities to benefit from the Gala and we would like to express our great appreciation to Chair Diana Hills-Milligan and Mayor Dave Ryan and all of the organizing team for their hard work and dedication to a fundraising effort that exceeds all expectations each year.

Best regards,

Chad Hanna, President & CEO
