Lucky to have RVC -- the "family hospital" -- in their neighbourhood
My mother was admitted to Rouge Valley Centenary on July 31, 2009 and discharged on August 21, 2009. On behalf of my mother and our family, I would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all the nurses in the Emergency Room (acute and observation), 9th Floor West Wing and on the 4th Floor of the Margaret Birch Wing, as well as to Dr. Swan, Dr. Janmohammed and Dr. Chinner for the care and attention given to my mother. It's never easy when one has to bring one's mother in by ambulance in an emergency situation, but everyone was so good to my mother and to our family during that very stressful time. Your nurses and doctors work in challenging situations but, through it all, they were always professional, caring, dedicated and had a sense of humour.

We have been coming to this hospital since it was first built, and we have always received good care and consider it our "family hospital." We are very lucky to have it in our neighbourhood.

Thank you for always being there for our family!

Sincerely,

Sandra G.
