Haitian Cuisine - Coming Right Up!

Haiti

A Haitian Restaurant seems to be just what the doctor ordered for East Somerville's authentic and flavorful food alley.  Providing that Haitian flair will be the 509 Bistro, which will serve everything from kreole chicken to ragu and lambi.  The restaurant will also feature a buffet from 12-5pm.  Opening date mid-April!  89 Broadway.

Somerville Shifts Into Local

The Somerville Board of Alderman and Mayor Curtatone recently pledged to support the movement for individuals, businesses, and non-profits to shift 10% of their purchases to locally owned and independent businesses.

Let's join the shift on East Broadway!  Our local business district is a great place to start shifting -- check out Somerville Local First for more information on the Shift.
