The Integrated Marketing Team (IMT) within the Division of Economic and Community Outreach at Towson University is comprised of dedicated consultants that specialize in core areas of expertise that focuses on

IMT has successfully worked with state agencies and small businesses providing the necessary tools to maintain a successful and sustainable strategy to guide them along the challenging path of marketing in this economy.

Featured Event

The TowsonGlobal Business Plan Competition is a region-wide initiative, open to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area who has an innovative business idea. The goal of this competition is to encourage entrepreneurship, small business growth, and innovation within the region.  For the 2012 competition, workshops were added during the fall to help those interested better prepare.  Also, due to demand for greater public involvement, finalists presentations will be made at an open forum and reception on May 2.
EOC Follow-up

The 15th annual Economic Outlook Conference was held on November 9, 2011. Dr. Dariaus Irani presented the annual economic outlook and there were three panel discussions about the Implications of the 2010 Census Data on Government Services, the Business Community & Workforce Development, and Higher Education Policy.
