We have great news to share with you about the 2009 Summit.We have an interesting variety of individuals and organizations who are preparing applications to conduct panel presentations, apply for Awards of Excellence and facilitate forums 
during the Summit. In addition, NISTMEP and Battelle have already pledged to become our Summit partners and we continue
 to seek additional sponsorships.
We are building an excellent 
agenda of speakers and presentations including a keynote address by Roger Kilmer, the National Director of NIST MEP. In addition, Texas Governor Rick Perry, University of Texas San Antonio President Dr. Ricardo Romo, and others have been invited to present remarks.

 Now is the time to apply to present information at Summit 2009. There is no cost to apply and applications are being accepted through June 15, 2009 for:
- Panel presentations;
- Awards of Excellence in seven categories; and
- Facilitated open forums on
relevant topics.
