Join APPCNC and Special Guest Trainers Barbara Huberman and Tom Klaus for a day of Executive Leadership Development! This is your opportunity to network with your peers and get the answers you've been looking for.
What: Development and Support for Executive Directors or Anyone in the Leadership Role in a Nonprofit

This six hour learning and sharing opportunity will:
- offer trends and national movements in teen pregnancy prevention
- explore who and where you are in your role as a leader of your teen pregnancy group/coalition
- motivate, help you create new visions for your work/organization
- explore components of organizational sustainability beyond just money
- address your relevant organizational issues and concerns
- explore the Appreciative Inquiry process to determine your organization's strengths and where you can improve
In addition, if you have specific organizational issues or problems you need help or support with, please briefly describe the concern and send it to Kay at APPCNC and we will work it in to the agenda.
This training is geared toward pregnancy prevention organizations, but the lessons within can be applied to all nonprofits and public sector agencies. Even if you're not the Boss, you can still participate. After all, you're going to be the boss one day, aren't you?
