The House Committee on Health Kicks Off Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month with HB 879!
Come out and support comprehensive sexuality education at the Legislature
Raleigh - The House Committee on Health will meet Tuesday, May 1st at noon in Legislative Office Building room 544 to discuss the Bill to bring Abstinence-Based Comprehensive Sexuality Education to North Carolina. We need warm supporting bodies to show up and voice their support for this bill. If you can make it, we'd love to have you there. If you can bring teens or teen mothers, that would be excellent as well. The more supporters and support we can muster, the better our chances are that the bill will pass and we'll see sexuality education that works in North Carolina.
Email your legislators, tell your friends and show up on Tuesday. North Carolina's children need you. |
