The iPhone has been setting the new standard for mobile phones and the competition is playing catch up.  New applications for the iPhone are being cranked out in volume.  Many of them directly tie in to some of the social networks that we've mentioned here before such as Twitter and Facebook.

A new app that allows you to use your iPhone as a communications/social networking tool is the 12seconds.tv app.  With this app you can either take 3 photos with your phone or use 3 from your phone's library, record 12 seconds of audio and then it will update your 12seconds.tv account with a slide show and even better, it will update your Twitter feed!  Now that's cool.  You can get it via iTunes: 12seconds.tv iTunes app.

December started out with an onslaught of agriblogging.   Your ZimmComm event blogging pioneers covered the John Deere Drive Green Utility Tractor Show, International PRRS Symposium, JackPlot National Finals and the National Agricultural Aviators Association Convention.  These were attended for sponsored online event coverage which included photography, audio/video production and posting onto client or ZimmComm websites.

Soon after the holidays we'll be on the road again.  We've got the International Poultry Expo on the list along with the Houston stop for the Drive Green Utility Tractor Show and the Cattle Industry Convention.  There's room for more if you don't see your event on the list.
