Happy Nurses Week
Because this is a special week for Nurses, our way of celebrating is to draw the Winner's name of our 2011 $5,000 Education Award. This is our 3rd consecutive year offering the Award to one lucky nurse who registered on our website. The last 2 years, our winners were nurses from New York and Alabama. Click here to see our 2009 winner and our 2010 winner.
We will announce our 2011 WINNER in our May 24, 2011 eNewsletter
Registration for our 2012 $5,000 Education Award will begin on June 1, 2011. Because we know how busy you are, registration is quick and easy as there is no essay requirement. The only way to register is on our Registration Page at www.DiversityNursing.com. For all you do, your friends @ DiversityNursing.com say... Thank You and have a terrific Nurses Week! Since 1953, National Nurses Week has been observed to recognize the work and commitment of nurses. The week begins on May 6, marked as RN Recognition Day, and ends on May 12, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, founder of the nursing profession. The celebration of Nurses Week is a time for reflecting on the rich sense of community that draws us together as professionals and sustains us as we engage in the practice of nursing. We would like to hear from you about your experiences, thoughts, interests etc.. Please exchange ideas on our Blog, connect with us on Facebook, or follow us on Twitter. |
