As you plan your 2009 recruitment advertising strategy, please consider adding  www.DiversityNursing.com in your recruiting message mix. You can reach out to diverse Nurses with an effective mix of Job Postings, Employer Profile and Banners all linking these motivated candidates back to your website. We also provide information about the Nursing profession; Links to Schools of Nursing throughout the country; and resources for other Diverse Nursing Associations.

You can reinforce your brand as an employer who embraces diversity in their workforce and nurses can check out your career opportunities. We are a "niche" website from nursing students up to CNO's.

We drive Nurses to our website by advertising extensively through keyword marketing on the Google and Yahoo/Overture networks. We also exhibit at numerous national and regional conferences, including MONE, NBNA, NAHN, NSNA, AONE, and ASHHRA.

On August 1, we kicked off our $5,000 Education Award to be drawn during Nurses Week 2009. We've contact the Deans and Professors at Schools of Nursing across the country asking them to inform their students, at all levels of education, about the Award. We have been very pleased at the support we have received at the Schools of Nursing and visitors as well as Job Alerts are increasing daily.

*****   Please look for our next eNewsletter. We just sent out a new survey to our nurse community and will post the results of the survey in our next eNewsletter.
