old-fashioned hay rideWell, here in the Midwest we're beginning to feel a touch of autumn in the air. Last weekend we had about 85 people at our country home, enjoying a bonfire, wiener roast, hayride - all the traditional 'Fall' events!
 
It was fun to watch everyone come together - people with different personalities, temperaments, preferences and viewpoints - and share together in harmony. As I looked around, I realized that my own bond and relationship with the group has been developed one person at a time...one relationship at a time.
