Hello friends,

Well, the kiddos are back to school but it's still officially summer, so don't put away the good times just yet!  Let's celebrate grand finale style with firepits, flip flops and one last outdoor yoga class.  In the past couple of weeks, Sundance has felt a surge in bodywork appointments and class attendance and it's good to see our Sundance family taking care of themselves and getting back into their wellness routines.

Massage on a regular basis

massage on shoulder

The benefits of massage and bodywork are powerful!  This is  especially true when received on a regular basis, whether that's once a week, every two weeks or once a month.

It doesn't matter the reasons why we seek it; pain management, stress relief, or for simple relaxation, massage can be amazingly

beneficial when included in your health maintenance regime. Also, many elite athletes consider sports massage an essential part of their training and recovery routine. These athletes report that a sports massage helps them train more effectively, improve performance, prevent injury, and recovery quickly.

It's common for people to report after they've received their massage that they feel calm, emotionally balanced and have a renewed perspective on life. Most people look at bodywork as their private, quiet "me" time and a necessary way to recharge.  Also, receiving massage on a regular basis is a great way to manage your health in a preventive way.

It's time to start looking at massage and bodywork as being an investment in your health.  As we like to say, "massage is not a luxury, it's a necessity!"

All our therapists are nationally certified, licensed and have years of experience.  See you on the table soon :)
