"Focus On The Heart"
Saturday, April 16th, 1-3:30 with Debbie
This practice brings a focus to the heart center by tapping into Anahata Chakra (air element.) Create more space for breath with shoulder opening, backbending and twisting to untie the knot in the heart. This deep practice will open you up to more love and compassion. $25

"World Tai Chi and Qigong Day" Saturday, April 30th, 1-3 with Mandy A great opportunity to learn a short form that can be practiced in 4 sq. ft. Become a part of this popular health regime that incorporates mindful movements that improve your health. This gentle form of exercise can be adapted to suit each individual. $15
