Dear friends,

The first day of Spring is just days away!  Hybernation is over people - it's 'Go Time'!!!! Time to move and time to be moved.  Running, biking, soccer, baseball, hoops, tennis, golf, yoga...the possibilities are endless!  The days are now longer and the sun is so much brighter which means more time to get out and play.  AND...bonus...it will instantly put you in a better mood.

March Madness!
basketball

For many sports fans, March Madness is one of their favorite times of year.  It's college basketball at its best.  We would like to celebrate this grand event by doing our own version of a pool: send us your pick for the winner of the NCAA tourney and we will give you $20 Sundance bucks!  Send your picks to us at info@sundanceri.com by Wednesday morning, March 16 (we are fudging on today) ...go UCONN! (Sara's alma mater)

Speaking of basketball, we have recently seen several basketball related injuries, including sprained ankles, pulled hamstrings and tight low backs.  It's not just hoops injuries; as the weather gets warmer, we all ramp up our workouts and as such are more prone to injuries. Sports massage has been shown to help facilitate the healing process by reducing swelling and restoring mobility to injured muscles.
More and more athletes are realizing that massage is a 'must have' component to their workout routine not only to care for injuries but also for injury prevention and a boost in performance.
Book one today and get on a regular schedule BEFORE summer starts!
