February 15,2011

Dear friends,

Yesterday's bonus day of warm(ish!) sunshine gave us all hope that Spring will eventually be here.  Okay, officially not for another 32 days but it just has to be better than January was with all the snow that was dumped on us.  Just think, somewhere tucked underneath all those dirty snow banks along the sides of the roads are buried tulip bulbs just waiting to emerge in radiant colors!  Hang in there!

Get a New Attitude!
sunshine

The sun is always shining at Sundance!
These cold, dark days this time of year tend to bring on the winter blues mixed in with some stress and anxiety.  Get back on the sunshine track with massage, reflexology, reiki, yoga, t'ai chi and/or meditation.  Besides the fact that it just outright feels good to stretch and move with yoga and t'ai chi and to be touched with massage, they also increase the "feel good" endorphins which keep your mind and body balanced.
In addition, they boost your mood, improve your sleep and strengthen your immune systemWalk through our doors and find genuine smiles, a sense of community, positive attitudes, fresh flowers and loads of talent and you are sure to leave with a new outlook!

Bodywork Reminder:  Sarah Daigle is offering 25% off her thai yoga massage sessions through the end of February!

Body movement Reminder:  New Student Special:  $10 for 10 consecutive days of classes!  Bring a friend, spread the word, share the love!
