Dear friends,

After the hectic pace of the hoiday season, it seems so gratifying to practice the forgotten art of doing nothing at all.  With our recent snow accumulation, most of us became hermits in our comfy abodes relaxing into semi hibernation (even if it was just one day.)  It was a wonderful opportunity to embrace some much needed down time and recharge our batteries.  This time of year, our bodies naturally want to slow down and restore.  Honor your body.  Enter into your snuggly cocoon and sleep more, read more and catch up on some missed movies...guilt-free!  And when you feel rejuvenated enough to leave your house, Sundance offers more opportunities to recharge with meditation, heated yoga and cozy massage rooms with heated tables.  Hmmmmm, Winter isn't looking so bad after all, is it?

Karen Cordeiro, our fab massage therapist, starts FULL TIME on February 8th!  She will be working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 12-7, Fridays and Saturdays 9-6.

Karen's vast experience mixed with her compassionate touch and grounding energy are the perfect keys to an incredible massage!

Sue Eaton, a massage therapist for 12 years, is now offering her superior skills on Fridays from 9-6 in addition to being here all day on Saturdays.  Known for her deep tissue work, she is guaranteed to work out those knots!

Sarah Daigle, who currently teaches yoga and meditation at Sundance, is now offering Thai Yoga Massage on Mondays and Saturdays.  Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is a healing art based on Ayurvedic medicine and yoga.  This dynamic bodywork focuses on balancing the physical and energetic bodies of the receiver by focusing on the "sen" lines, activation of acupressure points and simple yoga stretching.  A treatment is given on a mat, on the floor, while the receiver remains fully clothed.  No oils or lotions are used.  Techniques include gently rocking and moving of the body while utilizing thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, feet, or full body weight to apply pressure.  Great to enhance your practice in any exercise, especially in yoga!  One hour session $70 and 90 minute session $90.  Take advantage of our SPECIAL which is good through the end of February...25% off a Thai Yoga Massage!  WOW!

Reminder...our most popular day of the year for couple's massage is the Saturday before Valentine's Day.  This year, it's February 12th and we have already starting booking appointments!  With complimentary chocolate truffles from The Chocolate Delicacy and fabulous massages for you and a loved one on side by side tables, it's the perfect way to treat you and your lovey for Valentine's Day!  Call soon before we are booked up for the day!
