NOVEMBER 21 - THE MIRACLE OF WATER

Water is always moving. Vapor condenses, droplets form clouds, and water falls as precipitation (rain, snow, etc).  If it's not falling, its going back up as evaporation, or through plants as transpiration. It constantly moves and changes form.  No new water is ever formed, and no water is ever lost.   Is this a natural phenomenon humans share?
