NOVEMBER 7 - 2000 STEPS
After circling the parking lot for
10 minutes today, I finally settled for the furthest parking space I could
find. The AMA says that we need to walk 8,000 steps a day to be healthy; that's
32 standard city blocks or 4 miles. Fighting for parking spaces makes no sense
at all. The walk feels good, eliminates stress, and makes you healthy.
