SEPTEMBER 1 - HOW TO START AN
EXERCISE PROGRAM
We know we should have a regular
exercise program. But starting a new
routine is not easy. I suggest going to
the health club and just BE there. Look
around. Walk around 1 lap - talk to
people. The secret is to think in terms
of small steps. Increase your exercise
each time you go and you'll have a routine going before you know it.
