NONPROFIT BUSINESS PLANNING: BUILDING YOUR SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS MODEL

Sustainability continues to be a top priority for nonprofit leaders and Boards. To ensure a nonprofit continues to be able to fulfill its mission, leaders must go beyond the objectives found in a strategic plan to build a solid foundation for sustainability.

On October 18, join Heather Gowdy and Lester Olmstead-Rose, nonprofit experts and authors of the new book The Nonprofit Business Plan: The Leader's Guide to Creating a Successful Business Model, for this exclusive one-hour webinar hosted by our national network, the National Council of Nonprofits.

They'll discuss:

  • How to assess the strength of your business model
  • How to develop strategies that build a sustainable business model
  • How to use business planning to test and select the best strategies

Thanks to our affiliation with the National Council of Nonprofits and the generosity of eCratchit Bookkeeping, this webinar is free to NAO Members.
