Today's Workout
During the previous 9 Days of Fitness we have shown you workouts that can be accomplished in a busy schedule. Enjoy this CORE workout today.
Perform each exercise for 20-30 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Repeat 5-6 times for a 20 minute workout.
- Plank
- Hip Raises (lie flat, on back, with feet flat on ground & knees bent. Lift hips up quickly before returning to ground and repeat)
- Side Plank (L)
- Side Plank (R)
- Alternating Leg Lifts (lying on back lift both legs up and alternate lowering them to ground)
- Plank with alternating leg lifts (plank position and lift foot off the ground several inches)

Holiday Treat
Try a couple of these beverages for a safe and happy holiday season.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp grenadine
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 1/2 oz grenadine
- 1/2cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
Blend ingredients in a shaker. Serve over ice and garnish with an orange slice and cherry. |
