Blast Fat in 4 Minutes!
 I know, in my world, there are days when I simply can not put in a quality, ideal 20-minute cardio interval workout. Not to mention a proper warm-up and cool-down.
In the past I would be inclined to skip the workout altogether. We know the athletes and families that we work with are in this situation quite often too. The problem here is that we have been trained to believe that no significant results can occur if we work less than 30 minutes. But, this is the farthest thing from the truth!
