the right wine, in the right place, at the right time - Summertime!
Our new release just in time for Summer. I know many
of you red wine snobs poopoo even the notion of
anything pink. But for those who appreciate a chilled
fruit-filled refreshment on a hot summer's night, 2007
Sierra
Dreams is all about the stuff dreams are made of. A
medley of red grapes like Syrah, Cabernet, Barbera,
Zinfandel and others make up this handsome rose. A
touch of sweetness magnifies the
strawberry/raspberry flavors but is nicely balanced with
the wines acidity. This unpretentious socializer will
sure to be a big hit poolside and otherwise all during
the heat of summer and fall. Still only $10.

Friday nights through mid-October
You've heard about it, many of you have been already;
this is our 12th year of Friday Night Wood-Fired Oven
Pizza. Just remember to call starting the Monday of the
week you want to attend for reservations - 530-620-
3248.
There's entertainment too. Every first Friday it's folk- duo Anderson & Gram, every third Friday it's blues guitarist Johnny Mojo & Friends. Then on occasion the other Fridays may have music too or just a evening of Peace and Pizza. June 27th is a special appearance of a local trio anchored by my longtime friend Gary Martin on bass driving Jazz rythyms and rifts. |

Sunday June 22nd
Come enjoy a Blue Sky Day on Sunday June 22nd as
the summer sun is in all its glory. Locals Betsy Moore
and Ripley Howe rearrainge some great cover songs
from the oldies forward. Order a Ploughman's Lunch,
a
bottle of wine, find a shady spot and settle in to enjoy
the spectacular views and the music of Blue Sky Day.
Music starts shortly after 1pm.
The Summer Solstice is reason enough for celebration. But being the longest day, we will roll out the longest list of one-day only wine specials you don't want to miss. |

Taste Z Vinegar live and 50 - they'll change the way you think about vinegar.
Meet me at the markets Saturday morning in Davis
and Sundays in Sacramento. Remember too that if
you would like your order of Fitzpatrick wines brought
especially for you to either market, all I need is a
phone call a day ahead of time. Easy enough and
you'll save a little gas too.
