Winery Association called 'Bring Out The Barrels' for
an inside look at winemaking. 19 wineries including
ourselves will be participating and the cost is only $20
in advance and $30 at the door. Advance tickets are
available online at www.eldoradowines.org or at our
winery the days of the event. Our Wine Fellowship
members are invited to join in here as one of many
benefits of membership.
Here at Fitzpatrick's you'll enjoy the rare opportunity to venture down into the cellar to taste the 2006 reds right out of the barrel. We'll not only taste the barrels of 2006 but talk about winemaking techniques and goals. Wine Futures will be available on the extremely limited 2006 Pinot Noir plus the 2006 Cabernet Franc, 2006 Zinfandel and maybe others. |

Every year at this time we roll out wines that we've
accummulated during the bottlings of that year which
are low fills, high fills, damaged labels or transistion
wines (when we change over from one wine to the
next on bottling days. We offer these wines at 50% off
their respective retail price and/or set prices for the
transistions.
The wines will be available to mix and match a nice grab bag assortment for embarrassingly low prices. Let's have a little fun here. |
