We're going to begin each day off both Saturdays
and Sundays with an early start right at 11am down
in the cellar. Join Brian for an up-close and personal
tour of the wine cellar. We'll dip the wine thief into
the barrels and steal a taste of things to come from
the 2005 vintage. It's very interesting to taste wines
right from the barrel before they are blended as the
final product. I'll field all your questions and we're
sure to have a fun and memorable experience
downunder.
Meanwhile, daughter Katie will be preparing a medley
of tapas roasted in the wood-fired oven. These little
wholesome and tasty treats will be yours to enjoy
and pair with our many bottled wines all during the
Festival hours.
There's much more to enjoy as you visit each of the
participating wineries. So much that your two days
will be full of wine, food, music, fun and making new
friends along the way. The brochure that many of

theme of this year's Festival is intimate encounters,
no crowds, upclose and personal so if that sounds

There's nightlife in Fair Play too. This Saturday
Oakstone will be hosting a beach party with the
Parrot Heads, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band, that you
don't want to miss. I was there last year and I'll be
there enjoying the show myself this year too.
Saturday June 10th Tempest will be here at
Fitzpatrick's for our annual dinner concert but we're
already sold out. But there's more nightlife at some of
