She's Hot. Look how Cool he is; or vice versa. Either way we'd all like those accolades shared behind our backs, wouldn't we? Or better yet, your significant other blurts out "You look Hot!" (and I don't mean red, drawn and glistening with sweat). Wouldn't that be nice to hear? Well hold that thought but that dream is over for now because I'm way out of my league on this one, after all I'm just a guy in overalls with a beard no less.

Both Gold and Green Wine Fellowship members (and wannabees) are invited to stop by to pick up their new wines and enjoy a little food pairing while tasting the 2002 Grenache and the 2001 Reserve Barrel Select Cabernet Sauvignon. The recently bottled 2003 Morrissey's Journey is also part of the Gold pick- up but needs another month or so to settle down in the bottle before you uncork its magic.

Our one-acre vineyard of Grenache has pumped out some impressive wines to date, but the 2002 is the best yet. At modests yields of 2+ tons per acre there's barely over 100 cases to share with you.

The 2001 Reserve barrel Select Cab is just that, the best barrels from that vintage. Aged an extra year in the bottle, this wine has patiently waited its turn to be released. But we're going to have some fun and do the totally unexpected and not put a high price on this limited bottling of less than 130 cases. In celebration of our 25th year as Fair Play's oldest winery and as a gift to you, our cherished customers, this Reserve Cab will be priced at the 25 year old price of $6.50 per bottle.
