Forgive us for any inconvenience this may cause. From February on it will be tasting room hours as usual.

Cosmetically Challenged Wine Sale - 50% OFF Retail

At Fitzpatrick's we do things a little different. When we bottle our wines we focus on the quality of wine first and do not label at the same time. Then every week we label to meet the demand which gives us an unique opportunity to reinspect every bottle for cosmetic flaws like low fills, high fills, weepy corks, crinkled label, etc. These wines are set aside to be sold each year for 50% off their retail price during January's Cosmetically Chalenged Wine Sale.

You'll find some of every wine from Sierra Dreams to Zinfandel. But it's first come, first served and believe me Saturday January 8th will be busy. And you don't have to buy a case; just pick out what you want and get 50% off the retail price. Have fun!!

Our Retail Price: $Minus 50% Off !
Transition Reds, Whites and Dessert wines for only $7

Simultaneously running with our Cosmetically Challenged Wine Sale we offer once a year our Transition wines. What is a Transition wine? Because we make as many as 16 wines some years we bottle more than one type of wine in a day. So when we finish bottling the first wine of the day, we hook up the hose from the next wine and pump it through the filters into the bottle filler pushing what's left of the previous wine and therfore blending both wines into the first bottles.

So for instance when the Pinot Noir was done we hooked up the Cab as began bottling an exquisite Transition Red marked P-C and each case is marked #1, #2 and so on. So the first bottle will be more Pinot than Cab and progress to where its more Cab than Pinot before we begin to label as Cab. Get it? Well these wines can be spectacular blends and they're yours for just $7 per bottle. We have many Transitions in Reds and even a dessert wine transition.

Your Price: $7 per bottle

This tradition grew out of our January White Sale and has now turned into a tremendous opportunity for treasure hunters to fill their wine cabinets, cellars and hideaway caches with rare one of a kind Transition blends and offer a good home to needy wines that are cosmetically challenged. You will feel good in many ways after you've shopped our annual Cosmetically Challenged Wine Sale.

Remember our tasting room hours are a little screwy until January 23rd when they go back to normal. But you'll want to get here the quicker the better for the best selection. And even though you'll get the great prices on each bottle; most treasure hunters are going to load up by the case.

Guess what? Our Wine Fellowship members get their extra discounts on top of these already give away deals. Green Members get an extra 5% Off. And Gold Members get an extra 10% Off.

Sincerely,

Brian Fitzpatrick

This sale is obviously designed for you to come to the tasting room to make your selections. However if that's not possible, with your direction we could put together a case or two and ship it UPS. The limit will be 2 cases per customer if we ship; unlimited cases for those that come to the tasting room.
