      Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest differences and they don't have to cost a lot. A long time client called recently and told me that her empty nester villa has an all white kitchen that is in need of some jazzing up. (See headline photos).

     After spending some time catching up on the latest news, she relayed that she didn't want to change the little kitchen because it worked well for her and her husband...and... the cabinets were in very good condition. She just wanted to add some color. The answer was to change the countertops (new dark tan "granite" look laminate), add some new updated stainless steel hardware (instead of white plastic) and paint the walls (medium olive green).
