We'll tackle your homework problems with you...plus, how to pay for college? There's LOTS of options!
Crafting Fun with Mel 4:00-5:00
Have you ever made a duct tape wallet? Did you know that duct tape comes in fun colors and with patterns? It's true! Make your own, or to give to someone you love!
Teen Health and Leadership Class
Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30.

Remember Nic, the amazing pianist from Sister Dottie's Hullaballoo? He is fabulous and fun...and will speak to us about what it is like growing up gay in Utah, being a student at Weber State, and looking ahead to career and life.

OUTREACH LGBT and Allies Youth Summit

OUTreach is excited to announce the first annual Youth Summit to be held at Weber State University, July 27 & 28! OUTreach youth are planning fun and educational workshops and talks on topics important to LGBT and allied youth and the adults who support them. Save the date - you won't want to miss this huge event!
We will feature a different speaker in our newsletter each week - and this week, check out Plan B! They will be doing a special performance to kick off the Youth Summit on July 26 at 1:00. You won't want to miss it! We want to thank Jerry Rapier and Plan B actors for sharing their talents with us.

LGBT and Allies Survey!

We need your help! Please spend 10 minutes of your time filling out an anonymous online survey that will help OUTreach design the very best programming and activities as we move into our new, expanded Center! The Northern Utah LGBT Needs Assessment will also help publicize the unique challenges and opportunities of being LGBT and allied in Northern Utah. Please take the survey and share widely - the more responses we have, the more accurate the results will be. AND you might win a $50 gift card or some movie passes!

OUTreach Move UPDATE
| | We are in the midst of negotiating and determining the very best option for our new, expanded LGBT and Allied Center in downtown Ogden. It's exciting, and we hope to be able to announce the selection soon and then ask for your help in moving!

| |  GSA leader Katie has been working to increase attendance at their brand new Gay, Straight Alliance, assuring students that it's really cool to be a straight ally. Check out the poster Katie designed!
Each month local GSA leaders meet to support each other with ideas and mentoring. Your generous donations to OUTreach provide the funds needed to have Katie's posters printed and laminated...thank you for supporting Katie and all of the other cool, amazing youth that are changing our community and the world.

Join OUTreach youth in helping to raise money for the Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund!
OUTreach was asked to help raise awareness for the donate option on the Utah State tax return, so part one of the effort is a Facebook page built by OUTreach youth and publicized by them.
Tax form donations to the Fund have decreased 70%, but now is the time when a $2 donation can make a HUGE difference, if we all work together. So listen to facebook page designer Chris: "Please give the page a "like" and a "share"!

Our friends at Bright Blessings are offering FREE classes in beginning belly dancing on Saturdays at 4:00! Or join them for discounted kung fu classes - half price on Fridays for OUTreach friends! And yoga classes are free for the first five OUTreach youth and adults who reserve space before each class Thursdays (6:00 and 7:30) and Sundays (10:00 and 11:30). Simply reserve your spot through the Bright Blessings facebook page.
Bright Blessings is located at 107 25th Street in Ogden. Just say you are with OUTreach, and have fun!
